What We Look For
At NDLA, we’re a tight-knit, creative team working across the UK - from Birmingham, Liverpool, and Manchester to London, united by a shared commitment to sustainable, meaningful design.
We’re looking for people who:

Have a strong foundation in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or a related field

Are confident with CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally BIM or Revit

Can think big but also know how to deliver real-world results

Treat sustainability as a responsibility, not a trend

Collaborate well and communicate with clarity and care
