Located in Kenilworth this site was a challenging site, just off two minutes off the Highstreet, adjacent to a grade II listed building and surrounded by mature trees, the scheme sought to replace an existing old farmhouse on a large plot, with modern contemporary and luxury apartments. The landscape scheme sought to protect and enhance ecological value the condition the mature trees found themselves in. We re-used the materials and stems of those set to be felled to create new habitats and focal points in the landscape. Old low quality planting beds were replaced with new pollinator friendly planting and species rich lawns rich with boundary bulb planting were laid.
